Improv for Stage is an eight-week training program focused on developing the core skills needed for scene-based, character-driven improvisation. This class is designed for performers who want to move beyond short-form games and into grounded, compelling long-form work. You’ll learn how to build scenes that feel real, playable, and dynamically engaging—while developing the instincts needed to support strong ensemble storytelling. It's taught by Chris Last of Last Laugh Improv through Actors in Action Conservatory.
Over the course of eight weeks, we focus on three key areas:
Start Date: Wednesday, April 15
Schedule: Wednesdays, 7:00–9:00 PM
Duration: 8 weeks
Recital: TBA
Tuition: $129/month (2 months total)
Payment is split into two installments over the course of the program.

The long form jam is a monthly, low pressure space where improvisers of any level can step into scene based long form. It takes place every second Tuesday at Lightree Studios and it is built purely for exploration and play rather than instruction or performance polish.
We offer light facilitation to help people enter the forms, but it is not a class, workshop, or rehearsal. Everyone rotates in, jumps into scenes, and discovers the flow together.
Anyone curious about long form is welcome, from beginners to veteran performers who want a space devoted to deeper scene work. The jam prioritizes generosity, fun, and curiosity over skill level.
